Hey, Colonel, how good IS UMass this year?

Were you impressed with their pereformance against K-State?

Hey, Colonel, how good IS UMass this year?

The defense really impresses me...it's always been a hallmark of UMass...and last years defense was a real let-down...

The "D" shut down K-State in the second half...and some offensive mistakes led to some of the 21 first half points...and it really showed up this past Saturday against Albany...

The offense started slow against K-State, but picked up steam in the second half...and continued that momentum into this past weekend against Albany...

So, to answer your question...I think we have a pretty good squad...if we can win some of the question marks (Delaware, for example) and maybe on of the games we're no suppose to win (Richmond or JMU), then we'll have a real good year...
