For your convenience, here are Sagarin's Week Three (19 September) outcome predictions for some of the top FCS teams, based on his ratings published today and covering all games played through 12 September.

Please note that I do not necessarily agree or disagree with Sagarin. I just find the ratings to be a useful point of departure.

All calculations account for a 2.91 home field advantage. For non-DI teams, I assigned an arbitrary predictor score of 15, a few undredths of a point below the lowest DI predictor rating. Corrections will be appreciated.

The number is the point spread prediction in favor of (or against) the first team listed:

No one wants to give me any crap about Sagarin?!??

There are times when the Sagarin's lines are very questionable to say the least:
Sagarin ratings: YSU 54.43, Northeastern 53.31. With home field advantage of 2.91, Sagarin would make Northeastern a 1.5 point favorite.

All I had to see was the 8 point difference between WSU and ISU at Ogden to put any credence in Sagarin.

I think its a bit generous towards us

I guess losing to Wyoming and CSU by combined 8 points automatically makes ISU our equal.
