Final Score: 35-19 Aztecs. Alot of mistakes early on hurt us (three interceptions total, a blocked PAT returned for points and us getting stuffed on 4th and goal on the 1 yard line) all hurt us in that game, but besides that i was still pretty happy with what i saw. We did a great job moving the ball up and down the field at times and Griffith still hasn't missed an field goal attempt yet, Austin Minifee has had 2 one hundred yard rushing games so our running game is improving dramatically, i definetley excited to see us play @ NAU this week, look out Lumberjacks! .

I would have to agree with you TBird, there was a point in the game (roughly 5:00 4th qtr) when SUU was down by 16 and had a decent shot...However on the VERY NEXT play, the qb threw a TOTAL GIFT interception. and that pretty much screwed their chances. The QB *IS* the team, the running back is'nt bad, one of the WR's is pretty good too....but for SUU to be successful that QB has got to be on fire..... every game. Overall, suu didnt do too bad. Good Job SUU.

Part of it is to that Poots i believe is out with an injury and should be back soon (hopefully) so that we can give Cooper some more weapons to throw to.

there's no rule saying you can't root for both.

It should be a pretty good game. My money is on NAU.
