In this week’s poll there was a second place tie as both Montana and Northern Iowa received 465 votes. Only two votes separated the top 3 and 16 points separated the top 4 schools.

I love seeing Youngstown State drop in the bowls as we continue to win. We started #5 in most pre-season polls; only to fall to #9 and #10 this week.
I do not believe the Penguins get much respect.

Look at the poll. In ours YSU is ranked #9. Here is the breakdown of the teams ahead of them. #8 Wofford beat the #1 team, #7, #6, #5, #4, and one of the #2's all beat a bowl subdivision teams. Montana was #2 since day one and have not moved up. In fact, now they aer being caught from behind. UMass was last years national runner up and are just as good this year. Only 2 teams ahead of YSU have a loss, Wofford lost to a Bowl Subdivion (but beat the FCS #1) and App lost to Wofford.

Please give the guys a call this week and explain why YSU should be ahead of any of those teams. They would love to have you on!
