Yessir, I've noticed a lot of CAA posters joining. Welcome to all of you. It's cool to see some ODU posters coming on board as well as it will be interesting to see their take and the excitement of their fan base in their first year back. Just need to actually see them start hitting the keyboard or it ain't doing much good for this community.

Thanks for the welcome (and sorry for highjacking a JMU thread)! We're all very excited to see football come to fruition, it's been a (pipe)dream for many, many years. The administratin has done virtually everything perfectly as the pictures of the renovation of Foreman Field (now Foreman Field at SB Ballard Stadium- thanks Steve...$$$$) and the response of alumni and the local community in season ticket sales.

However, what we're really waiting for is to be able to discuss FCS football- predictions, ranking, playoff potential, etc, and we're just not there yet. Still, come Sept 5 it's for real and we'll be one big, vocal, and properly tail-gated crowd ready to support our baby Monarchs. Afterward, I'm sure we'll have plenty of pictures and stories to share.
