We are the proprietors of all copyright in a literary/artistic/work entitled Mr. Bananas. We have reserved all rights in the Mr. Bananas, which was first expressed in material form on March, 2009.

It has come to our attention that your work entitled "Mr. Bananas Hex is Announced" is identical/substantially similar to our copyrighted Mr. Bananas posts and threads. Permission was neither asked nor granted to reproduce Mr. Banans and your Work therefore constitutes infringement of our rights. In terms of the Copyright Statutes, we are entitled to an injunction against your continued infringement, as well as to recover damages from you for the loss we have suffered as a result of your infringing conduct.

In the circumstances, we demand that you immediately:

1. remove all infringing content and notify us in writing that you have done so;

2. credit all infringing content to ourselves in the following manner: Mr. Bananas - a D1B Corporation;

3. pay a licensing fee in the amount of $1,000,000;

4. immediately cease the use of copyrighted material;

5. deliver-up for destruction all threads by "Mr. Bananas";

6. undertake in writing to desist from using any of our copyrighted Work in future without prior written authority from us.


We await to hear from you by no later than close of business on 6/16/9.

Ps-I single handedly kept the hex off of Montana last year and in the interest of doing it a second year in a row I might be able to talk to some people in the know and find out what I can do about getting your property back to you if the hex were to be more thoroughly vetted out and you were to find yourself in error in your previous "Official Hex" and the appropriate changes were made. I would be willing to look into this because I don't want to see you needlessly suffer over something like this. I suggest you start mitigating.

Hey look I'd like to help out here but in order to do this thing I'm need a little taste for myself here. Show some goodwill on the hex and I'll see if I can grease this machine. I don't think Grizza has anything to do with it but skewering his balls shouldn't be taken off the table because of this insignificant revelation.
