Junior linebacker Matt Ah You (5-11, 220) has been granted a transfer by BYU. According to press accounts, he will be able to use his final year of eligibility in an FCS program.

Ah You is a three year letter winner at BYU, where he played in 26 games, including 13 games and two starts in the 2008 season.

Any guesses as to where he might transfer???

Weber State linebackers picked up in the 2009 NFL Draft: J.D. Folsom

BYU linebackers picked up n the 2009 NFL Draft: None.

However, with only one remaining year of eligibility, Ah You must probably play at the DII level.

I remember reading a story last year about how Montana had more players from their team drafted than teams like Ohio State did.

J.D. Folsom was coach Mac's fourth draftee in four years as head coach at Weber State. I think J.D. was the only Big Sky draftee, but the Big Sky did well this year in free agent signings.
