Where does YOUR team rank in your state?

Post by SuperHornet »

Someone possibly associated with Sac State Athletics posted to FB tonight that Sac is the only undefeated D-I school remaining in the entire state of California. That's actually incomplete. I just checked every college in Cali. We are the only remaining undefeated FOUR-YEAR SCHOOL in all of California, and there are only three undefeated jucos, all in SoCal. And that even factors in a school with Cali in its name but not actually IN Cali: California (PA). Where do your schools rank? I wouldn't be surprised if Montana and MT State ruled the roost in the state of Montana.....

Here's the list for Cali, just for comparison:

1. Sacramento State 7-0, 4-0 Big Sky/D-I FCS
2. U$C 6-1, 4-1 Pac-12/D-I FBS
3. UCLA 6-1, 3-1 Pac-12/D-I FBS
4. Pomona-Pitzer 5-1, 3-0 SCIAC/D-III
5. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps 5-1, 3-0 SCIAC/D-III
6. San Jose State 4-2, 2-1 MWC/D-I FBS
7. Chapman 5-3, 2-2 SCIAC/D-III
8. San Diego State 4-3, 2-1 MWC/D-I FBS
9. California (PA) 4-4, 3-2 PSAC/D-II
10. California (CA) 3-4, 1-3 Pac-12/D-I FBS
11. Stanford 3-4, 1-3 Pac-12/D-I FBS
12. Fresno State 3-4, 2-1 MWC/D-I FBS
13. UC Davis 3-4, 2-2 BSC/D-I FCS
14. Cal Lutheran 3-5, 1-3 SCIAC/D-III
15. Redlands 2-5, 2-1 SCIAC/D-III
16. La Verne 1-5, 1-3 SCIAC/D-III
17. Cal Poly 1-6, 0-4 BSC/D-I FCS
18. Whittier 0-6, 0-3 SCIAC/D-III
