My brain says Sam, but my heart says Incarnate Word, as I LOVE a good upset that doesn't involve Sac being the one upset.

My brain is pushing harder than my heart, though.

Sam d. Incarnate Word 35-25.

If this one comes down to a battle of passing games, the Cardinals have the edge. Sam Houston's rushing stats and UIW's mediocre defensive stats suggest this game won't come down to that, though.

I'll take Sam Houston 38-24

Clock management at the end of the game a little suspect by UIW. While they were 1st and goal with no timeouts and about a minute to play, they for some reason refused to go out of bounds.

Eh, time wasn't really a factor. They still had 30 seconds left after the 3rd. & goal play.

Agreed, but my point was they had to rush when they hit the line of scrimmage. Better to take your time, unless they were hoping to catch SHSU unprepared. Just thought it odd the RB didn't run out of bounds two times in a row.
