All three starting QBs played. Cole Johnson was pretty good statistically, but the other two were not (especially Kasim Hill).

No. Kasim’s return to Maryland fell flat. my key to the game for Towson was to get up early and hope URI remembers who they are and not that they are undefeated.

Congratulations on discovering about a month after everyone else that the CAA sucks. There are two decent teams and the rest are complete garbage. I've only mentioned that around 87 times. I'll need to go back and count to verify, but that's ballpark. I stated that Delaware is not Top 25 in Week 2. I wanted to confirm that the stinker against Maine wasn't just a Week 1 aberration. But no, they struggled with St Francis in Week 2 to confirm how badly they suck. And yet people were still voting them Top 25 for another three weeks, because people are fucking stupid.

Give them a break. They're in a tough conference, not a 1 or 2 bid league like the CAA, Big South and OVC.

You're giving us too much credit, but I agree on the season possibly being gone. I think there's a good chance this team hasn't hit rock bottom yet.

Nah. Griz are a physical team, just need to find their mojo. (BTW WTF is DOLA?). I tried reading through the morass that is ejizz and I think people are being to hard on the noob QB. Yeah he threw only short stuff but he took what the defense was giving him. With the lead and the Hornet front 4 getting pressure, we were able to drop 7/8 every passing situation. Not many QBs will succeed in that situation. If I were the OC, I'd run more RPO with Brown and stick to short throws (think of the O'Hara plays we run). Just dink and donk your way down the field, you have the OL to do this. Oh and definitely find ways to get touches for Akem and Flowers.

Griz D will be fine, our 2 back set killed your aggressive blitz style because we would have just dumped it over their heads on a check to one of the RBs or we'd keep them for max protect and hit a WR for 15 yards (something that the CP tape showed was there every play). The Hornet offense just isn't getting the credit they deserve (right Mvsajsandudjnd ) because we rotate 2 QBs (something I'm not a fan of, but it works so meh).
