McNeese Hit with APR Postseason Ban

Yes I saw that. I kept my mouth shut when they promoted the previous head coach to the position but I was not real thrilled. I didn't think about APR type stuff but I did not have confidence in him being an organized type of person.
It does suck. Even though things have not gone well lately McNeese is still usually in the playoff hunt until late in the season. Like this year I'd say they were in the hunt until they lost to Nicholls in the 2nd to last game. In 2018 they were in it until they lost the last game of the season to Lamar. And in 2017 I felt like they were in the playoff hunt with a 9-2 record. They have only had two non-winning seasons in the past 29 years so during the past 3 decades there has almost always been some hope of post season going into the second half of the season.
It's going to suck to know before the season even starts that there is no hope of making the playoffs.
