But they're different and STATS looks better to me. NDSU and JMU should always start 1-2, as they're the two best programs in FCS at the moment and for the past few years. That's the obvious one.

NDSU & JMU are #1 & #2 in both, though.

I don't think EWU should be as high as #2, either, but I also don't think NDSU should be #1. They lost their coach & only return 7 starters. Their championship-caliber pipeline can't be infinite.

Coach Klieman took over from Bohl in 2014. He went 15-1 with first year starting QB Caron Wentz.

I’m expecting something similar from this years Bison. First year coach and new QB taking over a successful program with the intent of continued success.

Exactly. NDSU is FCSINO. They've made a mockery of this division and will continue to do so.
