Similar to the Blazers this NBA offseason, may people overlooking Portland State. That is fine with me.

And the favorites land one player on the preseason all conference 1st team. Jay Hill in the press conference says Weber is striving to be an elite program like NDSU and JMU. I’m fine with both.
