2018 (Sophomore): Started each of the nine games in which he saw action on the year along the offensive line at left tackle … Was a part of the offensive line that paved the way for WCU’s fourth-consecutive 1,000-yard rusher in QB Tyrie Adams … Named to the 2018 Fall Academic All-Southern Conference team and to the 2018-19 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

2017 (Freshman): Played in 11 of WCU's 12 seasonal games with three starts along the offensive line at right tackle and on special teams ... Made his collegiate debut in the season-opener at Hawai'i (Sept. 2) ... His first career start came in the road win at Chattanooga (Sept. 30) ... Credited with one tackle, a solo stop in the road win at VMI (Oct. 21) ... Named to the 2017-18 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Prior to Western Carolina: Named to the first team All-USA South Carolina football team and to the Herald-Journal All-Area team ... Selected to play in the 80th annual Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas ... High school head coach was Chris Miller ... According to SCMat.com, listed as the No. 5 wrestler in the state of South Carolina at the 5-A classification ... He also won the county championship in wrestling in 2017.

2017 as a Junior: Started seven games after missing first half of the season to an injury... Had 56 tackles (26 solo), to go with 6.0 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one interceptions and one fumble recovery... Three games with double-digit tackles...

2017 as a Sophomore: Played in 14 games, making one start at linebacker…

Prior to JMU: Transferred to JMU after spending one season at Virginia out of the ACC… Played in 11 games, making two starts in 2016… Had 21 total tackles (14 solo), to go with 3.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, one fumble recovery and one pass breakup… Made first collegiate start against No. 5 Louisville, making five tackles with a tackle for loss and pass breakup… Season-best six tackles, to go with a sack and fumble recovery at Virginia Tech… Also made four tackles and first career sack against No. 22 North Carolina.

High School: Played linebacker and tight end at Bishop O’Connell High School… Three-star recruit by ESPN.com, Scout.com and 247sports.com… Spent first two years of high school at Gonzaga.”

If he doesn’t miss 1/2 the season last year to injury I think he likely would have made at least 3rd team All CAA, and will this year if stays healthy.
