From Craig Hailey at Stats.

The Hines kid from Duchesne is a beast.

No EWU or Weber players make the list and I'm ok with that.

I hope Cox stays for his Senior year. He is good enough to leave for the NFL after this season, barring injury.

Looks like TJ Holl, Colgate All-American LB, is a 5th year Senior transfer to Louisville.

I had it confused with Duchesne, Utah...which I also evidently mis-pronounce.

At the 4:03 mark of the video, a Freshman, Jabril Cox saves the day by rushing JMU QB Schor to throw the ball short.

I can’t believe Bridges and Vinnatieri still have a year of eligibility remaining.

JMU, JSU, & Duquesne  with most at 3.
-Rashard Robinson was rated higher as a corner than Jimmy Moreland coming into last season, before Robinson went down to a season ending injury the week before the NC State opener.
-I’m very surprised that Riley Stapleton isn’t among the 34/JMU’s 3. A 6’5”/230 WR with good hands. Must not have the wheels I guess.

Will Stapleton be a SR this season? Legal troubles won't stop him from playing?

Remained practicing on the team after his legal issue was announced in the press during the middle of Spring ball. Maybe he’ll end up suspended a/some game(s) early, but noting has been announced by Cignetti. Stapleton will be a rSr this season.

And its not just the JMU Dukes & JSU leading the way with 3 each.
The Duquesne Dukes also have 3 players listed..

Point made on JMU board:
Since that list is only seniors, obviously many will get pushed down the list once underclassmen are considered. One thing I saw says 73 underclassmen were just drafted. If it's about the same next year, then the cutoff will be at 183. Only 15 FCS players on that list ranked 183 or above, so not much better if chalk holds.
If you figure Jabril Cox comes out early and is an early round pick, then that would put the over/under next season at 16 being drafted, which would be just under the 17-18 a season average going back the last decade..

You didn’t hear?

The incoming class is so talented that they expect few red shirts and multiple true freshmen starters. There’s simply no room at LB, RB, or QB so they had to pull Anderson’s scholarship.

Rumor has it he’s considering either declaring for the NBA draft or considering an internship to study Buddhism under the tutelage of the Dalai Lama.

Stay tuned.

I am not sold on Olson, he needs to have a good year this year to prove to me all the hype is worth it. One or two good games against shitty BSC opponents obviously fools 80% of the people but not me.

Im OK with leaving Anderson off this list too, not saying he isnt a good athlete but hes not a QB. Lots of fast guys could sit back there and run. He needs to solidify a position to be on the list IMO

Announced yesterday that Stapleton will be suspended for the 1st 3 games (@ WVU, StFU, Morgan St). JMU did get the 2 P5 transfers at WR (4* Penn St rSr that started 7 games, and a 3* rFr from WVU).
