Big Sky Predictions 9-30

Week number 2 in Big Sky action and everyone plays except Southern Utah, who drew the short straw and will sit out. I need a perfect week as I am currently 29-11 overall. Some great matchups in the conference this week and some tough games to choose. Here is my futile attempt at perfection this week.

CP at ISU---Who'd a thought the Bengals maybe should have won last week? Who'd a thought the Mustangs are the ones reeling coming in to this game? Who'd a thought best bet is the Bengals...ISU 38, CP 27.

UM at PSU---The wheels came off the Grizzlies train last week and now they have to go on the road and meet a rested Vikings team would had two weeks to prepare for this game...PSU 31, UM 30.

UND at UCD---The Aggies took one square in the jaw last week, but they get to come home and play the Hawks who are just trying to survive the injury bug. Hawks are better than this but...UCD 32, UND 24.

UNC at NAU---The Bears almost gave the game back last week but recovered nicely. The Lumberjacks are dealing with a rash of injuries, yet still got a road win last week...NAU 38, UNC 35.

SAC at EWU---How good are the Hornets? Their defense is great but they get a strong test from the Eagles who found their offense in the second half last week. Can the Hornets slow them down?...EWU 24, SAC 20.

WSU at MSU---The Wildcats looked like they are hitting on all cylinders last week while the Bobcats were equally as impressive in their game. Wildcats are tough at home, but this is on the road...MSU 28, WSU 24.

Taking all the home teams this weekend.

Sac State 24-41 EWUShowdown game? I doubt it

Montana 31-21 Hillsboro St. — PSU ain't gonna throw for 549 yards

NoDak 24-35 DavisDavis needs to regroup, UND needs Dr. McCoy

Cal Poly 35-45 Idaho St.Both suck at pass defense, but only one really passes

NoCo 34-42 NAUCould be a shootout… I'll go with the Skydome

Weber 27-21 Montana St. — MSU's kicking issues could cost them here

Weber State- 28
Montana State- 26

In a game filled with emotion, Weber escapes the sea of Blue and Gold with a win.

Cal Poly- 21
Idaho State- 40

These teams are going in the complete opposite direction

Sacramento State- 28
Eastern Washington- 35

Sacramento State has proven they can score and their defense is playing very well, but they aren't at home this time.

Montana- 38
Portland State- 30

The Griz have a weak secondary, lucky for them they are playing a team that cant pass.

Northern Colorado- 28
Northern Arizona- 30

Game really could go either way but I think NAU comes out on top.

North Dakota- 17
UC Davis- 30

Both teams need a huge rebound from previous week beat downs. Which team responds better?

Why bother? Whenever there's blood in the water, every douche from the other fanbases comes in to mix it up with the regular Griz douches, combining into one giant mega douche that will melt your brain if you try to gaze upon it

We have the same kickers we had last year, so that really isn't a problem

They weren't all that good, though. Peppenger was just 2/5 on 40+ kicks last year, and Padmos averaged under 40 a punt.

Don't care how lousy your kickers are, ISU is worse.

Going to see what happens this week when we both take EWU for the win. kalm can't be too happy. We've seen what happens when we pick them to lose.

I will say it again....We don't have a Kicking issue. Now that our offense is unstoppable, I don't think we will really even need a kicker, but we have about 4 of them, so might as well use them...

You only kick to avoid running up the score.

No...We have a limit of one douchey kicker at a time. For someone that missed his first 3 field goals, and a extra point, he sure is a chatty Kathy though...
