Big Sky Predictions 8-26

Two games on tap for the Big Sky in Week 0. Colgate flies across the country to sunny California to face Cal Poly, and Portland State steps up a level to play FBS Independent BYU.
Colgate at CP---Mustangs greet the Red Raiders in an excellent matchup for Week 0. Close game throughout but the Mustangs get the win...CP 34, Colgate 25.
PSU at Brigham Young---The Vikings get their first money game out of the way early with an ESPN televised event. However, these Cougars are not the Wazzu Cougars...Brigham Young 38, PSU 7.

This Portland State team likely isn't the 2015 edition, either.

BYU- 48
BYU scores a bunch in a hurry before taking their foot off the gas late, PSU gets a few scores in.
Colgate- 25
Cal Poly- 28
Raiders give the Stangs everything they can handle, Poly wins by a field goal.

Portland St. 10-44 BYU — Not sure why this is a Kickoff game…
Toothpaste St. 27-42 Cal Poly — I'm skeptical on CP, but the Raiders graduated too much to really threaten here
