Lehigh and UNH are ranked similarly and either team winning wouldn't be a surprise or very interesting IMO. However, I think Chatty is overranked (as is El Cid) and UCA is overranked and losing to a third or fourth place team from another conference will expose that.

The best OOC win for the SoCon was Samford over UCA but they were continuously ranked #2 in the computers (yeah I know...computers.)

But El CID is seeded and ranked 6th in the Coaches, Stats, and AGS polls. Who would you have ahead of them?

Went with the Segregation Bowl.

I think El Cid is at best a third place team in the CAA, MVFC and Big Sky... so that put's them at best #10.
