Why do yall leave out the other teams like Jackson State Tigers from Mississippi or other Teams like Alcorn

Are you talking about the NCAA Football video game?
If so, the 360/PS3 versions of those games haven't ever had any FCS teams. The PS2/Wii versions do have about half of them, though, including the SWAC.

apparently it's the MEAC - just too scared to play in the playoffs.
