btw, upper left corner below the site logo there is a little grid line (Quick Links) icon that hides some useful tools you might be used to from AGS. Click it and it has "new posts" etc.

Clicking on your username on the right hand side below the header will allow you to navigate to your user cp where you can fix lots of profile things like your avatar.
