NAU needs this to keep playoff dreams alive.
EWU wants a seed.
Will NAU be able to perform on the road?

Will it be enough? Probably not, but just barely.
This will be the first game I can make it to this year.
I know Alford is good, but how are they ranked 11th in the Big Sky in passing D?Mvemjsunpx wrote:NAU has a good secondary, so that match up well personnel wise. Unfortunately, the 'Jacks have sucked on the road thus far.
They aren't. They're 5th. in efficiency D (9th. in yardage allowed).kalm wrote:I know Alford is good, but how are they ranked 11th in the Big Sky in passing D?Mvemjsunpx wrote:NAU has a good secondary, so that match up well personnel wise. Unfortunately, the 'Jacks have sucked on the road thus far.

NAU's biggest weakness is run defense, and running the ball hasn't exactly been EWU's strong point this year. The game could be interesting if the 'Jacks get over their road issues.
Hey, we're actually good at something! Hot dog!kalm wrote:11th in passing D (yards ppg).Mvemjsunpx wrote:

Better in efficiency yes, but they gave up nearly 300 yards to Jadrian Clark and Ben Scott (not exactly a pair of Mannings) and were torched by Prukop.
Still not what I'd consider good.
