Trailing the whole game, Harvard scores 2 TDs in the final 7 minutes (the last with 38 seconds left) and blocks a last-second Dartmouth FG attempt to escape with a 14-13 win. :D Epic defensive battle, in which Dartmouth outplayed Harvard but left too many points on the field: dropped TD pass, missed short FG.

And all you high-and-mighty BSC and MVFC types can go suck a choad!

Loved the exaggerated sign of the cross by that dipshit Dartmouth kicker followed two seconds later with a block to lose the game.

Maybe there is a god?

It really is a shame that the Ivy has for some reason decided to make itself irrelevant. At least the SWAC has an excuse. The Bayou Classic and all that. There is absolutely no excuse for the stance the Ivy has taken.

Watching that game it was like the two teams were playing in slow motion. Jesus, the lack of athletic ability on that field was embarrassing.

Agree. It was like watching the Griz play another BSC school.

The Ivy League Championship is a big deal in that world.

As bad as the Griz are this year (and they're bad) they would shellack either of those two teams 99 times out of 100.

Per Massey, Harvard would have an 88% chance of winning at Montana, or 95% in Cambridge. (Before you can retort ... Yeah, I know that's ridiculous, but that's what they claim)

I wouldn't exactly say that. They saw the SWAC go 0-19 in the playoffs and decided it's probably better to keep being hypocrites (allowing other sports to play post season) and pretend like they could actually win a game come Thanksgiving. :coffee:

I know, watching defense is really odd, isn't it?

Having two teams with zero offense DOES make defenses look good.

Overstate/generalize much? :coffee: I know your team is having a relatively bad year, but Dalyn Williams of Dartmouth is one of the most athletic and accurate QBs in all of FCS, and a couple of Harvard's senior linemen and its TE are legitimate pro prospects.

Oh, stop talking about a subject you know zip about. Harvard was averaging over 40 points a game until Dartmouth, and knowledgeable Ivy fans (like me) took the "under" in Friday night's game.
