BIG SOUTH PICK'EM (10/24)

As usual with conference play, only 3 Big South games going on this week, so this should be short sweet and to the point. Any upsets here? I think I'm going with the expected this week!
#1 Coastal Carolina @ Monmouth - Monmouth riding high off of a Liberty win that obviously doesn't matter anymore? Still overcome by Chants, 34-14.
#20 Charleston Southern @ Gardner-Webb - The #1 ranked defense in the nation going against a below average offense, and that spread option is coming in hot. CSU rolls early and often 42-7.
Kennesaw State @ Liberty - The "Flame" doesn't seem to be burning too brightly anymore, but Liberty somewhat gets it's groove back (or seems to) against startup Kennesaw. Liberty is a little too much to handle, 17-7.
What do you guys think?

There's no way CSU scores 42 unless GWebb just hands them the ball many, many times. The Bulldogs only allow 18.5 ppg and the Bucs only scored 10 at Presbyterian last week.

Ugh. I think Coastal and Liberty win.
My Bucs? They SHOULD win....but...we have only won 1 time in Boiling Springs. 2005...1st of a 3 game streak that won us a conference title ring.
That's it. For some reason...playing at GWU has always been a tough place for us.
#1 defense. Their D is very talented as well. Hmm. I'm saying CSU. We have something rolling this year. We've been winning some turnover battles and have some swag this year.
CSU 20 GWU 17....in OT.

A TD short, and they missed two fairly easy FGs. Is CSU better than you thought or is GWU worse than you thought?

A little of both for me.
CSU is on an absolute roll and hitting on all cylinders right now.
I have 2 dreams.
#1: CSU beats Coastal and either KSU/LU to clinch the BSC.
and #2....since I'm not a player or coach it doesn't matter if I look ahead haha....we win the BSC...Citadel wins the SoCon....and they send Citadel to us in the playoffs...in Ladson....and force them to play the team they've sworn they'll never schedule again...at the stadium they say they'll never visit again (and are 0-1 in)....and give us a shot at a 4-peat against those loud mouths.

A VERY disappointing season. If my Flames make the playoffs, it'll be a miracle. I think we're done....
That said...
CCU by 40
Chuck South by 3 TDs
Liberty by 31....
