I had a Wisconsin fan, Missouri fan, Nebraska fan and Oregon fans (obviously) at my house for that game yesterday and the place went apeshit when the Griz scored. Jim Beam started a flowin'.
So I hope that was reflected by non-partisans nationally!

I just wish they had better TV announcers for the game. Those two buffoons were terrible. I turned them off after about 4 minutes and went to the computer. I streamed the game to my TV...so I could slow down the game and sync it up with the local radio broadcast.

How do these numbers (I would think a game like this would have gotten better ratings) compare with other college football ratings (FBS, FCS playoffs, etc)?

The Montana/App State game in 2009 had a 1.8 rating. However, this was a prime-time game, in the heart of college football season, for a berth to the FCS championship game.
