And Drake, and St. Francis (PA), and Valpo…Get'em_Griz wrote:Montana to play Washington and Oregon
If you mean P5/BCS conference ("power conference" is usually a term for the top FCS conferences), then it was 2011 when the Griz played Tennessee.EWURanger wrote:Bout time. When was the last time Montana played a team from a Power conference?
Thanks for correction, BDK.Mvemjsunpx wrote:If you mean P5/BCS conference ("power conference" is usually a term for the top FCS conferences), then it was 2011 when the Griz played Tennessee.EWURanger wrote:Bout time. When was the last time Montana played a team from a Power conference?
We prefer to leave the charity games to programs in need, like EWU.EWURanger wrote:Bout time. When was the last time Montana played a team from a Power conference?
Welcome to the 21st century.
I hear the PAC12 has a new QB in the league..?Grizalltheway wrote:We prefer to leave the charity games to programs in need, like EWU.EWURanger wrote:Bout time. When was the last time Montana played a team from a Power conference?

And he'll be replaced with one of three QB's who will be better than anything the Griz have.Chizzang wrote:I hear the PAC12 has a new QB in the league..?Grizalltheway wrote: We prefer to leave the charity games to programs in need, like EWU.

Not just about the money. Playing the PNW Pac-12 schools is important for the program in terms of exposure and recruiting as well.Grizalltheway wrote:We prefer to leave the charity games to programs in need, like EWU.EWURanger wrote:Bout time. Cool. We've nabbed some pretty good players from the PNW in recent years, despite not having played a PAC 12 school since 2005. thumb:EWURanger wrote:Not just about the money. How do you know? Our presumed starter has played like 3 snaps in college.kalm wrote:And he'll be replaced with one of three QB's who will be better than anything the Griz have.Chizzang wrote:

Beau Baldwin, Zach Hill (QB's coach) and recent history. It's a safe bet. It's like recognizing that Henderson would probably be the #3 or 4 WR in Cheney. Might push for two if he really performed.Grizalltheway wrote:How do you know? Our presumed starter has played like 3 snaps in college.kalm wrote:

The thing is… EWU's quarterbacks have to be that good for the team to not suck.kalm wrote:Beau Baldwin, Zach Hill (QB's coach) and recent history. It's a safe bet. Simple Jacques wrote:Shoot man, with some pretty solid payouts.. almost 2 million for the three Pac games.
St. Francis, Valpo, Drake.........maybe those schools aren't the best for playoff contention, but some solid recruiting- a Midwest turf scuffle with Mvfc? some handy work there.
Also an awful lot of good football being played in PA

You over-extended your reach on that one. You gotta keep the trolls within the realms of reason, or else you snap us out of the illusion
Most of your posts are just trying to rile up Griz fans. But you strayed too far out into crazytown with that one, so the troll failedkalm wrote:What?Brock Landers wrote:![]()

Yeah. Never mind EWU throws the ball over 100 times more per season than the Griz.kalm wrote:Have you been keeping track? What's the score?Brock Landers wrote: Most of your posts are just trying to rile up Griz fans. But you strayed too far out into crazytown with that one, so the troll failed![]()
In all honesty, they're just reactionary. Very few times do I instigate. I respect the program more than half of Griz nation.
And I think Henderson is a solid talent. But his numbers are similar to Bourne as a #3 last year and Shaquille Hill is certainly no slouch.
