At least they got the word order right on #24. Had they gotten dyslexic and had it read "California State Polytechnic, they'd be in the wrong division.

Stupid Cali university naming practices.

Noticed they had EKU above the team that beat them in the playoffs last year 36-16.

When McNeese opens the season I think they ought to be slightly better than they were when they opened the season with a very competitive game against Nebraska last year. NOW to see if they can SOMEHOW not get severely depleted by injury before conference play starts like they have every year in Matt Viator's tenure as head coach.

Its getting to the point where my one wish every year is that they can get through the season without getting just totally devastated by injuries. And yes I know everybody deals with injuries. But I really do believe that it's been way worse than average at McNeese over the past 10 years...every year...or so. It's kind of like, "When is this NOT going to happen?"

We're not interested in playing competitive football anymore. Or having fans. Apparently the rest of the college football world is going to come crashing down (according to our outgoing President) and we wanted to get out of the way before that happens. Yay us. :ohno:
