5-9 175 will get you nowhere at RB in FBS or the NFL, as I suspect are his aspirations. He should have stayed at the U and the position change and learned behind upper classmen.

5'9" won't get you far in today's NFL at any position. He would be better off moving to Canada and naturalizing so he could get drafted there.
