I'd believe you if you had something that showed it was actually under constuction. Like I said, if it is under construction, it has to be the best kept secret in football. In December 2013, the Regents approved the Overview and Summary of the Financial Plan for the Proposed Football Stadium (November 27, 2013).
Stadium Capacity (Proposed) – 19,340
The proposed stadium includes 19,340 total seats, with:
13,948 for general tickets sales;
3,500 for students and The Pride;
1,444 premium sale; and
448 as part of 27 suites.
