uh hello, they just snapped NDSU's 33-game winning streak. Not a peep from the CS Forums?

Lot's of love for UNI on AGS from Bison fans. UNI was ready for the Bison. Hope UNI can win out and do some damage in the playoffs. This loss makes room for an extra MVFC team in the playoffs. Hope the Bison can respond with a good game at Missouri St.

I wrote quite some time ago when there was a thread in which people were discussing the idea that nobody could be NDSU that I would not be surprised if they lost at Northern Iowa.

Northern Iowa's good. They're good every year. They lose a bunch of close games they shouldn't and they have games where for some reason they play horribly. You have some things like the start of the season against Iowa State and like yesterday against NDSU that gives you a glimpse of what they're capable of.

NDSU played Iowa St this year.

NDSU played Iowa St this year.

Yes I thought about that mistake as I was driving to go fishing today. Nevertheless, we see UNI show that it can play by frequently giving "Big 5" conference teams all they can handle and by doing things like they did at NDSU last year and like they did this year with the Bison.

They just seem to have a remarkable ability to lose to teams they shouldn't lose to and to lay eggs at critical times.

Actually it kind of reminds me of my own alma mater's football team.

IF they get passed MSU, they will surely lose, miserably, to a lesser team in round one.
