Except the Hens will be on the receiving end of what they used to dish out.

Now UD will be the school that comes to the stadium as a cupcake that the fans know little about. :kisswink:

Been doing that for years at Navy, and won a few.

We've been competitive with Navy, unlike West Chester with us. I believe we've beaten them maybe five times.

EDIT: We've actually beaten Navy seven times. They've beaten us ten times.

UD needs to start beating the better programs in the CAA and that hasn't happened much at all in recent years. Upgrading the OOC schedule is nice.. but it isn't going to change the fact that the Hens.. for years the premier program in the CAA.. have been a mediocre program for quite awhile.

Yo 93 are you going to Pitt? I'm locked & loaded!

Maybe Delaware and the Tribe can go 2-0 vs the ACC. CAA went 3-0 in 2009 with wins by W&M, JMU, and Richmond over UVA, VT and Duke.

The Tribe recently has lost by 4 to UNC, by 1 to Maryland, and by 7 to West Virginia. Therefore, I would not be surprised to see Delaware very competitive with Pitt. The Tribe doesn't match up well with VT strenghs, so I am not expecting an upset there. Hopefully, our defense will keep us in the game. Looking forward to seeing the Blue Hens in late October.

I'm impressed that you can make a prediction about 2019 and 2020, given that the players in those games are still in high school.

Actually, it's -93, since he gave up his season tickets.

Oh wait, I see what you did there.

If we beat Pitt maybe I'll renew. Wouldn't want to miss a minute of St. Frances, Colgate, or Del State now would I? Home OOC slates don't get much better than that. :coffee:

This is the first time I have had zero excitement heading into a season opener. I doubt I will even watch the game. Kind of depressing.

Same here, sadly.
