I dont know if the PS3 was the same as xbox 360, but


How many of you when you bought NCAA Football 09, were EXTREMELY PISSED WHEN YOU FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS NO FCS TEAMS ON IT????????

Yeah I get to play as my favorite FBS teams Utah and Boise State, but I would rather play as my real favorite team, and I cant.

This is bogus, why take the FCS teams out when they have been there for 5 years in a row now?

The FCS teams were never on the PS3/360 versions. They've only been on the PS2/Wii versions.

Thank God. I have the Wii and enjoy the game. However, they need to work out to have all FCS teams and conferences to allow for FCS and FBS schedules.

In am right with you there, i was looking forward to play as montana, weber state and a bunch of big sky schools (since you know the great west probably wouldnt be in there anyways ). They need to either A. bring back the FCS schools or at least allow us to create schools!

I have been playing on the regular xbox, NCAA 08 with the Boise St QB on it, it has most of the FCS teams on it, and then I went and bought an xbox 360 last summer, and ncaa 09, was getting excited to play and then boom, no fcs teams, No Weber State, no Montana, no App st, Richmond or JMU, just the FBS schools.

I was mad, that is bogus, they need to put all FBS and FCS teams on it, because what the people who made the game fail to realize is FCS is Div.1 and there are people out there who want to play as their favorite FCS team.

Even if they would put them on it, there would be 3 generic stadiums and the best player would be a 61, maybe.

They should make a whole different game just with FCS teams.

I would love that, but it would be a "cult style" following. EA wouldn't do it, and since they have ownership of NCAA trademarks it won't happen. Not a big enough audience....sadly

I wouldn't spend more than five bucks on the game, but the demo is fun to play. If you have a 360 check it out...it's free.

I thought I remember hearing you can import the FCS teams...

Not sure if you have to by the download though, no clue, the last time I played was NCAA 2004

Gotta do your research. Assume the FCS teams are screwed unless you find evidence to the contrary. the 360 game is enough of a step up to be worth it. I find myself playing with smaller schools most of the time. Wish you could create teams though.

Ya you're right EA would never make a game like that, but I don't see why not take a chance though, EA puts out plenty of shitty games the only ones that do good are the major sports ones.

It would also require that someone outside of the FCS "fandom" thinks of the FCS as D1....

I hadn't played in a couple of years but used to play religiously as an undergrad. A friend here was talking about how he was the best and could beat all of his friends, so I told him I could beat his stacked UGA team with any team in the game. I'm scrolling through trying to find my Dukes... nothing... I refused to play on principle... but then he called me a fizzle, and nobody calls me a fizzle and gets away with it. I beat him with Duke

On another note though, NCAA 2010 has team specific endzones in bowl games now.
