What a joke...APP State and GSU aren't even in the FCS anymore....Other than that is is pretty accurate. Kind of surprised UM is in the Top Ten, I heard the stadium was very clement and reticent...

12.Villanova Stadium - Home of the Villanova Wildcats

Deep in a beautiful Philadelphia suburb, Villanova Stadium has played host to the Wildcats since 1927. Located on campus, the stadium fits in with the beautiful Gothic buildings and leafy pathways that weave their way through the picturesque setting.

As students file into the stadium in their Villanova sweatshirts and hats, you can imagine the scene hasn’t changed much since the 1920’s. There’s a love for the Villanova program from the current students and the alumni that is undeniable. With many alumni still residing within the Philadelphia area, there is no shortage of local support for the program.

I'm sorry this poll or ranking isn't worth your time to click on the link.

Villanova Stadium ranked #12 in FCS?? 12th in the CAA maybe, but 12th in the country is a travesty. Everyone who has ever been there will attest. One small sized bathroom for roughly 3,000+ fans? Like 2 or 3 concession stands for the whole stadium? A track around the field & poor sightlines. I work 10 minutes away & have zero interest unless they play Delaware - which they have since moved to PPL Park...  :coffee: :coffee:

Sorry, I jumped the gun.
21.Multi-Sport Field - Home of the Georgetown Hoyas

While the Hoyas play in a stadium that is smaller than a lot of high school programs, the energy from the home team fans and the visual beauty of the surrounding campus make you soon forget you are in the smallest stadium in Division I football with a capacity of only 2,500.

3.Jerry Richardson Stadium - Home of the Charlotte 49ers

After a series of practices and the school's first-ever spring game, Jerry Richardson Stadium officially opened on August 31, 2013 to a standing room only crowd of greater than 16,000 fans. The program got its start as a member of the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), and will continue at that level until 2015, when it joins the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) as a member of Conference USA. Jerry Richardson Stadium presents a beautiful home for the up-and-coming program, which fits right in with the wonderful stable of facilities on the Charlotte campus.

I'm certainly not saying I'm going along with the list, but UNCC does have some swanky digs.

Yeah this list is legit.

Johnson Hagood Stadium is at #96, WELL BELOW Wofford and Furman, and only four places above that sorry high school stadium at CSU which is ranked 101.

Brilliant.

 OBVIOUSLY the dude has never actually been there and is just assuming. The field is sandwiched between a new 5+ story dorm on one end, the old gym on the other... there is no real view of the rest of the campus unless you go up on the old field above the old gym...

this is looking the other way...

EDIT: this post was not appropriate for the football board. Granted it was funny and true, others might not approve.

I thought I had better edit my post. It spoke ill of another CS member.

Back on topic.

All stadium threads are open to judgement. I am not as well traveled as many of you, but from seeing some other stadiums in pictures and hearing how out of town folks are treated I would hope Wa-Griz would be in the top 5.

These rankings aren't one persons' opinion, they are a collection the various reviews by different people that have submitted them to stadiumjourney. They don't seem to have any standards as to who reviews things. If you check, you'll notice the Bobcat Stadium review was done by a Bobcat fan.

There's nothing of worth to this ranking at all. :coffee:

ahhhh.. That makes sense on why some of these stadiums are listed.
