South Dakota State getting steamrolled by Eastern Washington. I know Northern Arizona and the Griz didn't impress but at least Montana outscored Coastal 21-7 in the second half and made is respectable.

BPVA is tied with EIU's QB on TD passes. I think both are currently 3rd all-time in the FCS single-season record books.

Quarterfinalists: OVC 2, Big Sky 1. Not bad for a conference that was 0-56 coming into these playoffs. So much for Montana being "ranked higher" than EIU. A southern team comes in and beats them at home in the freezing cold.

Montana shit the bed in the first half and coastal out coached them no doubt. With bohl gone u might have a chance but probably not. I think UM had the better chance vs ndsu. But we'll see what Coastal is really made of next week. Or was it a fluke?

Looking forward to CC coming to Fargo on Saturday.

Looks like they have a balanced offense that can score some points. Their defense looks mediocre and the Bison offense should be able to exploit that. CC needs to turn it into a track meet to win.

Bison will win this game. Montana was a 'paper tiger', NDSU is not.

You could say the CAA had a fortunate draw and I would agree with you. But, you can't say they are a flop like the Big Sky. They have won every game in the playoffs except when UNH beat Maine and UNH is a CAA member. We will see about your prediction. My hunch is both UNH and Towson have good chances of prevailing. If they do, they will have proven the CAA was the strongest conference once again.
