The tradition continues with this year's season finale matchup between the University of Delaware Blue Hens (7-4 CAA 4-3) and Villanova University Wildcats (5-5 CAA 4-3) known as "The Battle of the Blue."

This years game will be played at PPL Park in Chester, PA. This is the second game at PPL Park, the first being the 2011 Battle of the Blue in which Delaware won 26-16 to capture the trophy for the first time since it's debut in 2007.

Some facts on the matchup:
Villanova leads the series all time 24-21 with one tie.
Villanova holds the trophy after defeating the Hens 41-10 last year at Delaware.

Delaware travels to PPL Park after an upset loss to the Richmond Spiders at home, while Villanova is coming off a bye week after defeating URI 45-0. Neither team is ranked, but Delaware received 253 votes in TSN's Top 25, while Villanova received 56. Both teams have little hope for the postseason, but a big win today for either team could mean more than bragging rights.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Hens hold on that several of the computers will STILL have villanova rated higher than the Hens. Computer models with 11 data points =
