UNI flight delayed

UNI plays at Misery State tomorrow at 1pm.
The flight was supposed to leave Waterloo at 1pm but due to plane issues they have yet to leave and won't be wheel up until about 630pm central. Means they probably don't land until 9 ish...then too get to the hotel and settled in....could be a late night
It'll be interesting to see if that has an impact on the game tomorrow

Missouri State will be a tough game for UNI.
If the Bears would have started the season better they would be in the playoff hunt right now.
They will be good next year.

So what, We got stranded in the airport on the way to Sacramento State for about 6 hours... AND WE STILL WON. Doesnt really effect the players. Has more of an effect on coaches.

And...UNI wins
The team plane finally left last night about 8 (a 8-9 hour delay at the airport). Due to weather couldn't land in Springfield. Emergency landed in KC and scrambled to find 80 hotel rooms. Finally got all checked in to the hotel at about 3AM.
Team flew out of KC at 9AM and walked into the stadium at 11:43 for a 1PM kick off.

Emergency landed in KC, or just diverted to KC?
I'm no pilot, but I believe there is a difference.

I'm no pilot, but I believe there is a difference.
Considering the weather in Springfield has been sunny and 55 the past few days, I'm sure it diverted.
