Where's the hot coed pictures? Having been the Charleston recently I know there must've been plenty around.Ibanez wrote:6,135. THE STADIUM SEATS 4,000! From where I was it was standing room only, it was a packed house.
Not at Baptist U. There was one smoking, hot chick that walked in. You could see right through her dress.JohnStOnge wrote:Where's the hot coed pictures? You didn't sit near Section A obviously, there is some talent at CSU. And about 10% are preachers daughters away from home for the first time....uh ohIbanez wrote:Not at Baptist U. There was one smoking, hot chick that walked in. You could see right through her dress.JohnStOnge wrote:

I was standing on the visitor side. Seriously, CSU needs to upgrade that stadium.bucs90 wrote:You didn't sit near Section A obviously, there is some talent at CSU. And about 10% are preachers daughters away from home for the first time....uh ohIbanez wrote:

As for attendance, it was packed. I kept hearing it was the record. It may be, but they called the N Greenville game of 4800 the record, but in 1998 I know SC State broke the 6,000 mark at CSU.
Either way...its still well below 10K, small crowd relative to 1-AA, and they MUST upgrade that stadium if CSU wants to keep their success consistent. From 1-11 in 2003 to BSC Champs in 2005 to 0-11 in 2011 to 10-1 maybe BSC champs in 2013. Crazy rides. Better facilities would make recruiting more consistent.
Yep. And, while frustrating, I applaud the University for that. Boston University dropped football. So have many other colleges. CSU isn't a big time program, and has a small donor base. So, it can't afford to take big expenses on.CSUBUCDAD wrote:Patience boys. These things take time. The reason it takes time is that the university will not go into debt to do any upgrades so whatever gets done is paid for as it is done.
The Colorado pay day is for installing lights. Goose Creek High School seats 6000 people. CSU would truly benefit from this plan: Add 2-4k more seats.bucs90 wrote:Yep. But, it wouldn't be that hard to upgrade. Take the home side- the middle section is nice. If they'd make the two side sections the same as the middle, and then take the two side sections from the home side and just move them to the away side to expand that, it would probably be PLENTY for what CSU needs, and the home side would look nice. All it would take is money for two sets of bleachers like the middle one on the home side. The Colorado game alone is enough to pay for that.
Yep. All that would be great.Ibanez wrote:The Colorado pay day is for installing lights. Goose Creek High School seats 6000 people. CSU would truly benefit from this plan: Add 2-4k more seats.bucs90 wrote:

Phase 1: expand the home side towards Hwy 17 and up towards the heavens.
Phase 2: substantially expand the visitor side towards 17 OR build a new section in the middle of the field with concessions and bathrooms underneath.
I think it'd go to CSU before Coastal and Liberty.bucs90 wrote:Yep. All that would be great.Ibanez wrote:

How is Liberty? We play them in 2 weeks. If we go in there with 0 BSC losses, and I see Liberty has 1 in conference but plays out of conference this week, then if Liberty beat CSU, then CSU, Liberty and Coastal would each have 1 conference loss and it would be a 3 way tie, with Liberty over CSU, CSU over Coastal, Coastal over Liberty. How would that tie breaker go?
