This Saturday at 6:00 in Conway. Both teams have been dominating the field. Coastal is coming off its huge, 53-28 win over Elon. GWU had a 55-7 win over Point University, a D2 school. This is the first conference game for both schools. It should be an impressive game.

Point is NAIA, not d2.

Elon is 1-4 this year, with their lone win coming against DII West Virgina Wesleyan.

In 4 DI games this year, they have been out scored 177-49, or an average of 44-12, and they have a Sagarin rank of 213 out of 250 DI football teams.

HUGE game. The Big South is gonna be fun this year. Im rooting for Coastal to run the table up to the CSU game, and of course, for CSU to do the same. Like 2005....I want the CSU vs Coastal game in Charleston November 23rd to be for the ring.

The CSU /Coastal game in Charleston is Nov. 9. Then, we go on the road to G-Webb and come back home for Liberty on Nov. 23.

Of course, this game will have everyone's interest in the Big South. The winner of this game is in the driver's seat in the fight for the conference autobid. But, the path won't end Saturday as I expect Liberty and Charleston Southern to be equally competitive. Those who think GW's loss at Charlotte last weekend is an indicator that GW should not be taken seriously will do so at their own peril.

Go Runnin' Bulldogs!

G Webb is way overrated, as is Coastal. However, I expect Coastal to have a pretty easy game with the Dogs.

If I were a betting man, I'd take Coastal 24-14.

Yeah, 42-7 looked pretty easy. GW left about 17-21 points on the field with their 3 TO's and inability to finish in the red zone, but CCU pretty much dominated.
