Still trying to talk my wife into driving over to Huntsville to watch the EWU/SHSU game in a couple weeks. If we make it, we'll be fully decked out in Griz gear, looking for free alcohol..... :thumb:

Uh....NO. I'd rather be mistaken for an A&M fan than a UT fan. :tothehand:

Yeah, that would really confuse the masses. Let me know if you can make it. Always enjoy tailgating with Grizz.

could be, i just remember being at Wash-Grizz in 04 for the semis and tailgating with some Grizz fans wearing that color gear. Told me a story of a coach coming from University of Texas and talking them into burnt orange.

Could be, I had just heard that the copper, gold, and silver represented the mining history of state, similar to silver and gold for U of Idaho.

It's not just you. Don't you hate it when you bring up something positive about a Payton Award level player only to have some topper come along and try and one-up you. :ohno:

Speaking of which, how about that kid that, going back to last season, has completed 55-of-80 passes for 1,073 yards, 15 touchdowns and four interceptions in less than five full halves of action, also rushing for 178 rushing and two scores in that span, with a 240.5 passing efficiency rating?
Spoiler: show

It has been a great run for this SHSU senior class
If not for the seniors at NDSU they would be wearing the multiple rings

Not necessarily. Might have been Georgia Southern.

now your even going as far as predicting a loss in a mythical Natty. sheesh.

Congrats to Timothy Flanders on becoming the Southland Conference's all-time touchdowns leader with 61.

The records keep falling.

Sam Houston also has the longest home winning streak in the FCS at 16. :thumb:
