Richmond? What? For beating VMI? Also, I know no one cares about this but, Stony Brook is two words.

I had Montana lower but you will be happy to know I had EWU at #1.

Believe it or not, I had EWU #2.

Though, let's be honest, MSU should be higher. After a huge win like they had.

I had MSU higher than UM, UM at 13, Cats in the top 5. UM had a better win, but further to jump. It'll work itself out by mid-season.

I also had MSU higher than UM. However based on week one I would say UM had a better win than MSU. I didn't base my poll off the preseason poll at all because that is all speculation and nothing concrete.

Oops, forgot to register for this poll.

I thought it was still starting after Week 4 or so.

Piss poor logic. You had them starting too low, based on ZERO evidence. Now you have evidence, and you choose to ignore it?

You need to spend some time on bobcuntnation. They think Monmouth would bet App State soundly.

Given the previous #1 ranking and the B(C)$ win, NDSU is DEFINITELY #1. #2 is a bit more muddy. Do you take a team that blew out a D-II transitioner, or a team with a CLOSE B(C)$ win? Personally, I gotta go with the B(C)$ win, but I can understand going the other way. It's THAT close in my mind.
I see nothing majorly wrong with this poll. Minor tweaks might include moving Lehigh higher, YSU into the poll, and dropping SUU. But that's just nitpicking. As per usual, this should prove to be the best FCS poll out there.

God. I'm so sick of that. Maybe I could go to egriz and find some comments and then attribute those to the whole Griz fanbase.
Yes. It is hard to rank a team that scored 3 times in 12 plays and had a 39-3 lead at the half.

Aren't most zero week polls based on zero evidence? That's why last year matters.. some, but not a lot. You have to have a starting base line, at least, I do.

Lighten up. Obviously I don't mean every Cat fan when I say "they".

OK. "they" now means what ? A couple ? 4 or 5 ? For future reference.

Context is everything, CA. In some contexts, "they" apparently means ME.

Why does last year matter? Last year matters a hell of a lot more for the 'scats, who not only lost 5-6 really KEY players to graduation, but have since lost more to injury. Meanwhile, the Griz return something like 28 starters

from last season, a year older, faster, bigger and more seasoned, along with an all-world QB who could probably start for Alabama.
Game, set, match: Griz.
