Same reason Western Carolina does? (who've ALSO won just 9 games since 2007, BTW).

If I were Kramer I would fire the Defensive Coordinator as well.

I thought about WCU when I made the first post. After looking back at their records since 1980 they're much closer than I thought:

Idaho State .362
WCU .344

That's actually great success compared to SOME. See Prairie View....

He needs to fire his offensive coaches. Having no running game kept the defense on the filed all year with barely a break.....
