Big Sky Predictions 11-10

I'm currently at 58-19 and still need a great week to get back to normal. The conference only has five games this weekend with Montana, North Dakota and Sacramento State all sitting out this weekend. 5-0 would be a great chance to get back in the thick of things. That said, here are my predictions for this weekend in the Big Sky. All my own opinion, of course.
ISU at CP---The Mustangs have backed themselves into a hole, and are on a two game losing streak this late in the season. Their season may hinge on winning next week at Northern Arizona. First however, they must get past Idaho State. Well, if they must...CP 55, ISU 13.
UNC at WSU---The Wildcats looked pretty good last week against Montana until the game slipped away in the fourth quarter. They now face the Bears, who overcame a second half deficit to steal one at Portland State last week. Can they get this one?...WSU 28, UNC 25.
PSU at MSU---Once again, like they've done most of the year, the Bobcats relied on their fourth quarter heroics to pull out a victory at Sacramento State last week. They stay home this weekend to face Portland State, who watched Northern Colorado rally at their place. No heroics needed this time...MSU 34, PSU 17.
SUU at NAU---The up and down season the Thunderbirds have experienced will finally be over after this game and with no chance at the playoffs, will look to upend the Lumberjacks, who want their dream season to continue. And so it should, barely...NAU 45, SUU 41.
UCD at EWU---The Eagles were able to get back on track last weekend with a good win over Cal Poly. This week, they bring in the Aggies who took last weekend off to try to regroup and finish strong. Don't think this is what the Aggies had in mind, however...EWU 38, UCD 12.
I say, take the home teams this weekend.

I like it. Except I have UNC winning at Weber. Go Coastal Carolina

CP (Huge if their coach allows it.)
BBQ by AT LEAST 2 TDs.
Heart: PSU. Head: MSU (Big time.)
NAU by 3 TDs. (I know this is a trap game, but NAU won't fall for it THIS time around.)
EWU by 4 TDs.
Sac wins their BYE.
Bonus Picks:
Liberty by a safety over Stony Brook. (Yes, I'm homering that big time.)
Navy by 2 TDs over Troy State.
North Texas by 5 over South Alabama.

UC Davis 17-38 EWU - The Aggies don't really seem to be sending Bob Biggs out on a high note
Idaho St. 17-63 Cal Poly — An option team faces a squad that allowed NAU's backup RBs to each go over 100
NoCo 24-21 Weber — The Bears finally close out a win in Ogden
Suutah 21-30 NAU — The T-Birds play everyone close, but they won't quite crack NAU's defense in the Skydome
Portland St. 21-37 Montana St. — I guess the Bobcats could look past this, but probably not enough to lose

Home Sweep
CP 52-10
WSU 24-20
MSU 35-14
NAU 45-42
EWU 35-28
On a lighter note:
Sac beats bye like a red headed step child 70-0
North Dakota smacks bye around 40-0
Montana has 12 players get arrested over the weekend but still squeaks "bye" 3-2

ISU at CP - 35-10. Shouldn't be close.
UNC at WSU - 24-23. It's just been that kind of a year for Weber. A home loss to hapless UNC would be the icing on the cake.
PSU at MSU - 31-20. Home field advantage should come in handy here. PSU is just trying to limp through the rest of the season.
SUU at NAU - 34-21. This one has trap game written all over it. NAU should win if they take care of business.
the farm extension at EWU - 38-13. Looks like EWU has found the zone. Should be a slaughter if they keep playing well.

4-1, puts me at 62-20. Way off on the EWU/UCD game... we played like ****. CP/ISU game is right on track though.

3-2 for the week, 61-21 for the year. Had a feeling the good Southern Utah team would show up at NAU, but didn't follow through with it.
