Big game in Fargo this weekend. The Salukis are still in the fight for a playoff spot and a win this weekend get's them that much closer. The Bison have proven they can be picked off at home by teams who aren't supposed to win. Southern Illinois and Dale Lennon have always played the Bison well. Last year was a 9-3 NDSU victory and by far the fewest points they scored all year. I'm expecting a Bison victory but am a little scared. Bison should be a little healthier this week I think they get Colville and Smith back. I think Vraa is the only one who will be out. Should be a great game in Valley play this weekend.

I think SIU has enough talent and momentum to compete in this game, but NDSU is too good. When you have a defense like the Bison, it covers a lot of sins on offense. Southern Illy can D up well too, so I wouldn't be expecting a lot of points, but I'd be shocked if the upset occurs.

Bison just forced a fumble and recovered, officials blew it dead early. Terrible call, still early.

Tell you what, not happy with the officiating in this one and the Bison didn't do some things they needed to do, but I have to hand it to SIU. They made the plays they needed to make. Bison just wore them down in the end.

Very thankful to be done with this one, on to Missouri State, who apparently isn't a walkover anymore...go figure.
