I know you Griz fans are licking your wounds a little but it's already Tuesday and not a single game thread? Your fan base is slipping.

Montana 27 missed XP and missed FG
EWU 30 safety blocked FG

Don't get on my bad side this week. It is going just like last week and I am losing the battle again.

Liar. You're bowing out of a round of gluten free ales with Kalm because you got tickets to the SUU game. SE and GATW were right. :ohno:

If they are playing in a conference room in Billings, then yes. If you would do me a favor, just kill me now.

Also, I am allergic to things that do not contain gluten.

It looks like my seat is in the middle of the Eastern fans on the pressbox side, so I fully intend on getting sloppy drunk, running my mouth, and leaving the place with black eyes and a broken schnoz.

Also Griz by 7.

There are only bones left, nothing left to pick at Kalm. :kisswink:

If you listen to Griz fans that sky is falling and if you asked the rest of the conference they would tell you it fell. I'm not convinced yet and it is only 1 conference loss last I checked. I know we lost and played terrible in the second half but we did show we can play well at times too. Don't be suprised if we can somehow pull out a win this week and have NAU loose after their emotional win. :twocents: :thumb:

Umm...GATW, I see a flaw in your plan. You would need to actually open your mouth and speak.

Exactly...This UM team is talented enough to beat ANY team in the conference. We were in a very similar situation last year. If I recall correctly, things worked out ok.

Or you could just get Pols to record a few lines, in only the way he can, and play them for the fans sitting around you. :thumb:

No worries, GrizHalfWit will just post something stupid on CS, again, and motion to the EWU fans to look at their smart phones. Even EWU fans don't pick on retarded people. 8-)

Don't disagree. I had the Griz pegged at the start of the season as a 7-4 with an at-large...perhaps better with a few breaks. I agree with the sentiments that it's likely no one will make it through conference play better than 6-2 with at least 3 bids and maybe 4. You guys have a very decent shot at pulling off the upset this week.

I had the Griz starting the season at 2-3...so....

Yes, now that you're finished playing your one obstacle...you are now released to go finish 2-5...or 3-6...I forget which turn it is. :coffee:

Even though I don't have a ton of confidence in this team, they showed last week that at least when things go well, we still have the power to blow the doors off teams.

It's all about the second half. We haven't been able to adjust at halftime yet in any game this year. That's all on the coaches.

To win, I think we have to do the following:

1. McKinney needs to run more. Even Jerome said after the game that had McKinney run more they would have had a tougher time coming back. Take a sack if you have to. This was how JJ made the biggest improvement after the sac game last year: no matter what, don't force a throw. He showed in the app game that he can pick up the first with his feet.

2. Rosie needs to keep his foot on the other team's throat. No more of this conservative bullshit when we have a lead. Don't let up unless we're up by 50.

3. Pressure with our front 7. Wags and Holmes can get to Padron or Adams, whichever plays, but they need to bring him down.

4. Make the right adjustments, and don't play right into their hands in the second half. Good lord, this is the most important one. When they put 7-8 guys in the box and blitz, you can't tell me we don't have even one way to beat that!!

5. Don't let the wheels fall off. If the wheels fall off again this week, Eastern is the kind of team that can hang 60 on us.

I still don't know if we'll pull it off, but feeling more optimistic as we get closer to game day. If we do lose, I at least hope it isn't in such spectacular fashion as we saw last week.

Montana wasn't an obstacle.

Neither was UNLV.

Just necessary a :bj: before we get to the really good teams. :coffee:

Quick question.

Will you still be around if NAU falls way way short of the playoffs?
