EIU runs a sped up hurry up offense that just wears out your D. That and this game was POORLY OFFICIATED from all standpoints. ILS had 22 accepted penalties, EIU 10 accepted

Seems there's been a TON of penalties in all the games I've watched/checked on today. At least 20 in every one. Do we have all replacement refs too?
