Word is that the bus arrived in Tallahassee with no issues. Coach Davenport says that the Tigers had a good week of practice and that he is hopeful to see an improvement from Week 1.

Somebody needs to tell their AD that unless they are pulling $1mil+ from 2 BCS level games a year then its not worth it.

They would have this year, but they had to pay $200k out to UNI to cancel that game in order to play Oklahoma State.

So they really only made $250k on the OKST game.

I thought they already had the OKST game lined up and it was the FSU game that they stood up UNI for.

You are right.

FSU needed a game after WVU screwed them.

I love how the hammerd this game because how it is "all about the money", then when talking about mizzu and a&m about what a great move to the sec, because of the money from the tv contract was so much better.

Is he saying teams like VT don't want to play easy teams like JMU........? Get real. Look at all the close FBS vs FCS games.

I bet the people who took Florida State minus 70 1/2 are pretty pissed that they called the game at 8:59 of the third quarter and the score at 55-0. Was looking pretty much like a lock at that point.
