I went with Newark and the Burg.
Norfolk would have been a consideration if ODU had committed to FCS, but as was very transparent, they never had plans for this level as anything other than a couple of years' stepping stone.

Towson, Newark and Williamsburg are the only real college towns on this list.

Williamsburg is a horrible college town. It's a retirement community with a college plopped in the middle of it.

Virginia Wesleyan and Regent University are not predominantly black. That leaves only NSU ( and Hampton).

I said "in FCS" dillweed. VA Wesleyan and Regent don't have FCS football teams.
