Towson does not have many local people in the area to draw from, unlike Missoula and Fargo....

I'm sorry the school dropped scholarships in 1994 and played in the shitty NEC and PL for a decade until jumping to the CAA but remained on a NEC budget.
Ambrose and the new AD jump started this program and this is the proof.
