I would give this class a B+. Very few kids will play right away since so many are OL and DL that are all in line to redshirt. I anticipate NicK Wargo will replace Kurt Hess in two years. He chose YSU over Cincinnati so we lucked out there.
One kid to watch is Byron Pringle from Tampa, FL. His junior year, he was involved in a crime spree which forced him to miss his entire junior year. YSU waited to offer this kid until he was up here for the weekend and they were 100% sure this kid has turned his life around. I am all about second chances and there is no doubt in my mind that if this kid stays out of trouble, he will be a star at YSU. His coach said he would have been a top 5 player in Florida this year had he not been involved in those crimes. Other recruiting writers believe he is destined to play in the NFL. The video says it all. High risk, high reward offer by Coach Wolford.
