DSU hunting for new AD again
Glad to see that DC is out of there (at least in an official capacity)Delaware State University is searching for a new athletic director for the second time in the past three years after it announced on Wednesday that Derek Carter has been named special assistant to the executive vice president of finance.
Carter had served as athletic director at DSU since 2009, with his most prominent decision being the hiring of football coach Kermit Blount last February.
Delaware State president Harry L. Williams has named Eric D. Hart as the interim athletic director until a permanent AD is announced. Hart had been serving as the associate director of academic services for student athletes.
