- Best Performance: (#4) Montana 48, (#5) Northern Iowa 10 - Jordan Johnson puts up 282 yards of total offense and 4 total touchdowns while the Griz defense forces 3 interceptions in a prime-time rout.
Worst Performance: Montana St. 13, (#1) Sam Houston St. 49 - The Bobcats, who still had a pretty healthy net rushing margin over their opponents coming in, are outrushed 428-77 by the Bearkats and allow over 10 ypc.
Most Surprising Result: (#1) Sam Houston St. 49, Montana St. 13 - I'm not surprised the Bearkats won (I was one of the relative few on this board that picked SHSU), but I'm quite shocked at how bad they embarrassed the Bobcats—especially given the narrow escape against Stony Brook.
